Returns & Exchanges For Online Orders 
 

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased at shop.ecod.com.au, you must email us at shop@ecod.com.au within seven (7) days of receiving your order. You will need to provide your name, order number, item/s you wish to return and the reason for the return to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be returned in the original condition in which they were received with all labels and tags attached. Kindly be aware that we do not provide prepaid return options. Customers are responsible for covering the postage costs when sending items back to our online team. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for a replacement to be received or your account to be credited with the refund. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS  
Final Sale items cannot be returned, with exceptions for faulty merchandise. This applies to all product online marked with ‘Final Sale’.

ONLINE EXCHANGES 
If you have an incorrect size and would like to exchange it for another size, please specify the size you require. Subject to inspection of the returned item and availability of the requested size, the new item will be sent to you. If the size you require is not available, we will provide you with the option to select an alternative item or receive a refund. No additional handling and delivery charges will apply if you choose another size or select an alternative item. Kindly be aware that we do not provide prepaid return options. Customers are responsible for covering the postage costs when sending items back to our online team.

ONLINE FAULTY ITEMS 
If you have a faulty item, please specify the fault. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or become faulty within a reasonable period and this is at the discretion of ECO D. to determine. Please note, items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Subject to inspection of the returned item, we will provide you with the option for the item to be replaced, to select an alternative item or receive a refund. No additional handling and delivery charges will apply if you choose for the item to be replaced or select an alternative item. If you choose to receive a refund, the original handling and delivery charges will not be refunded. 

CLICK & COLLECT RETURNS
Please follow the online returns policy outlined above if you would like to return your order. Click and collect orders can also be returned to the boutique in which you collected your order from. Please be aware, our shop assistants will not be able able to process the refund on you the spot for you. Your order will be internally transferred back to the online store for processing and you will be notified via email with return confirmation once complete (usually by end of business day).
